250i Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 250i platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions without any additional reservations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 250i's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 250i as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. 250i reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will be published on this page.

This platform is intended solely for users in Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.

3 Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 250i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits via approved payment methods, including FPX online banking, recognised eWallets, and bank transfers. 250i does not accept cash payments or any methods not listed on the platform.

Deposits made into an account are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specifically outlined in our withdrawal policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are correct before any withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawals are subject to:

• Full and valid identity verification in accordance with the platform's procedures.
• Fulfilment of rollover requirements for any bonus or promotion received.
• No suspicious activity or information discrepancies are found in the account.
• Processing timeframes set by the platform at the time of the request.

250i reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In the event of a transaction dispute, users must submit written evidence to the support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

5 Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 250i platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or suited to every user's specific needs. 250i will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Account Suspension

250i reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account when:

• Suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account.
• Identity verification is incomplete or the information provided needs to be re-verified.
• There is a transaction dispute currently under investigation.

Account Closure

250i reserves the right to permanently close a user's account without prior notice if:

• A user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user is found to hold multiple active accounts.
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining credit balance may be forfeited by 250i at our sole discretion and without any obligation to refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 250i platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 250i and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from 250i.
